Clint Hoots is a  graduate of Hatley High School, He attended Itawamba Community College. Coach Hoots completed his bachelor's degree and later returned to earn a master's degree in educational leadership at Mississippi State University.  Coach Hoots is married to Prissy Falls Hoots, a math and science instructor at IAC, and they have three sons, Ashton (14), Trice (10) and Doster (6).
