Joseph P. Jones

Mr. Jones is entering his 21st year in education. He taught for three years at Itawamba Attendance Center and has spent the last seventeen years at IAHS.  He is a graduate of Tremont High School, Itawamba Community College, and the University of Mississippi. He achieved National Board Certification in 2011.  His wife, Mrs. Stephanie Jones, is a third grade teacher at Tremont Attendance Center, and they have two children, daughter Valerie, age 6, and son John Chesser "Johnny," age 2.  Mr. Jones serves as pastor of Tombigbee Baptist Church and is a licensed funeral director.
